One of CCi’s favorites dishes is the delicious Peking Duck, originally from Beijing, this signature dish has been prepared since the Ming Dynasty. We make sure the meat is perfectly thin and crispy, served along side steamed pancakes, spring onions and Hoisin sauce. It is important to know that the Chinese treat their food with reverence, it is not just about the food, it’s about the whole process being treated as a form of art.
