Our chefs at CCi prepare an intricate Rajasthani Thali served on a golden platter. This is made up of Gatte Curry, Ker Sangri, Subz Kadai Paneer, Rajasthani Curry, Aloo Hara Pyaaz, Panchmelli Dal, Bati & Churma, Missi Roti, Barja Rotla, Khichda, Mirchi Tipore and Lasson ki Chatni, tailored to the guests wishes which range from vegetarian to the amount of spiciness desired. Indian food is rich and flavorful mixing a fusion of spices that is combined to create unique and delicious flavors.
