Famously known for their infinite creations of pastries including staples like macarons and croissants to signature dishes such as Boeuf Bourguignon or delicious Ratatouille, French gastronomy is an excellent choice for a sophisticated and tasty menu. You can serve hors d’oeuvres, small one bite creations, that will be passed around by our butlers, to open the appetite of your guests. Another favorite is our Quiche Lorraine which consists of pastry crust filled with savory custard and pieces of cheese, onions and lardon.
There are many French specialities that where already enjoyed in the Renaissance times, one of which is our chef’s favorite, the scrumptious Tarte Tatin. A pastry in which the fruit is caramelized in butter and sugar before the tart is baked, perfect for a wedding desert. As an authentic savory option we recommend our special Canard à L’Orange consisting of a roast duck with a bigarade sauce served with potato gratin and legumes on the side.
