Arabic food is rich in spices and herbs leaving their foot print in many spice-led dishes. Local dishes often include meats such as lamb and chicken that make up the infamous Shish Tawook which our chefs serve as appetizers paired with stuffed vegetables known as Dolma. Meals are generally large family affairs, where sharing platters are served. One of these is Arabic Mezze, which is a selection of small dishes made to share that consist of Humus, Labneh, Falafel, Tabbouleh that we customize for your guests.
Most regional dishes are rich in yoghurt, butter and cream, while herbs and spices such as saffron, black pepper, turmeric, garlic and many more lend strong flavors to local specialities. One of these is the flavorful Kabsa, a spicy meat, vegetable and rice dish that CCi’s chef cook to perfection, paired with fresh mocktails for a sumptuous private dinner experience.
